We have had the pleasure of working with Andy twice, once as a buyer broker in 2013 and again in 2021-2022. Why do I say 2021-2022? Because Andy is not your transactional realtor, out for only the sale. When we told him we were looking to move in the summer of 2022, in the fall of 2021, he went to work. He came over and laid out a plan for what we should do 6 months in advance and step by step to get the house sold. When it came time for remodeling, he joined us and helped determine the most “bang for the buck” that would also move the house quickly, at a great and realistic price. We worked together coming up with a catchy listing, which the buyer later told us made him laugh and look further. He ensured we were pricing the house correctly using data analytics, so we would achieve our goals, which was harder with the changing interest rate/real estate market. Could not be more satisfied with all stages of the selling process! We initially selected Danielle Valenti as our agent based upon her online marketing. From the initial meeting, Danielle was thoroughly prepared: market knowledge, staging/photos options, home pricing, etc. She priced our home competitively, and we received multiple offers after our first weekend on the market. Danielle presented the offers in a detailed way that charted pros/cons, which allowed us to carefully review them and pick the best one. We were also impressed by Danielle’s quick replies to our texts, calls, and emails (often within minutes of sending them), which kept us up to date with all stages of the selling process.
